USED MUSIC MAN / StingRay 2005 Limited Edition Buttercream [12]

A 2005 "LIMITED EDITION 2005" Stingray has arrived.
This special “LIMITED EDITION 2005” model features a buttercream finish, a matching headstock, a burgundy logo, and a tortoiseshell pickguard—all exquisitely combined.

With its substantial ash body, a fat maple neck that offers a secure grip, and unique specifications such as a single humbucker and a 3-band EQ, it stands as a standard electric bass model alongside the JB and PB.

It played a major role in funk and rock in the ’70s and in fusion and other genres in the ’90s, producing a bass sound with a strong presence across a wide range of genres.
There are overall scuffs and small scratches, a few dents, paint peeling on the headstock top and body back, paint cracks at the joint and on the body back, and the neck has a slight darkening due to its oil finish, while the metal parts show some tarnish.
More than 70% of the frets remain, the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable.
The hard case shows signs of use.
