This is the BOSS DS-1 Distortion.
This unit was made in Japan, with silver screws and black switches, and ACA adapter.
It debuted in 1978 as the first Boss distortion.
Along with the OD-1, it has become the world's standard distortion.
This distortion has a sharp, sustain distortion, but is also a quality distortion that can express the nuances of the player.
It has a wide range of tones, from mild distortion to sharp hard sounds.
It has been widely used by grunge, rock, and metal players alike.

The instrument has scratches and peeling paint, and has a sense of use appropriate to its age.

Please Note

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.

Not all of the items you purchase from us are in our Shibuya store in Tokyo where we do all of our international communications from.

Please be patient while we do inter-company transfers on your items. The usual wait time for our shipping is 7 to 10 days worldwide. We are open from 10:00am until 6:00pm (Tokyo time zone)
