The SR model is characterized by its coordinated flame wood and Caribbean green coloring, and its full low end.

This material choice was made in pursuit of the rich mid-low range characteristics essential to the bass sound, as well as the attack and crisp high range characteristics. In addition, the contrast between the Caribbean green and natural colors, along with the flame maple wood grain, is a beautiful feature. (wax gloss finish).

Equipped with Nordstrand "Big Break" pickups
Modeled after the excellent tone character of Nordstrand's classic Big Single pickup, the "Big Break" pickup features a split-coil construction with a high noise cancellation effect, making the high frequencies tighter and the low frequencies more resonant.
The high frequencies are tighter and the low frequencies are boomy.
Active 3-band EQ with 3-pattern mid-band frequency switch & EQ bypass switch

The mid-range frequency band, which is the key to the bass sound, can be switched between 250Hz, 450Hz, and 700Hz by toggling the switch.
The EQ bypass switch can also be used as a passive bass (when bypassed: Treble, Treble, Treble, Treble, and Treble). (When bypassed, the Treble knob controls the tone.)
Premium Fret Edge Treatment
The fret edges are spherically treated to reduce the resistance of the fret edges against the fingers during fingering and provide a higher level of playing comfort.
Gotoh machine heads are known for their high precision, smoothness, and tuning stability.
