Pat Metheny's new signature model, which is packed with his thoughts and a lot of attention to detail from looks to sound!
The head shape, fingerboard inlay, tailpiece, control knobs, and body color are all classic designs that Pat likes.
Features
Spruce top / Maple back and sides
Spruce, used for violins and acoustic guitars, is used for the top, which is characterized by its excellent vibration transfer and natural tone.
Maple wood is used for the back and sides, which is characterized by its bouncy and clear tone.
The open-pore, very thin coating is applied to give the instrument a vintage-like appearance.

3pc Nyatoh/Maple neck
The 3pcs neck is made of a combination of nyatoh and maple wood for rich mid-low range and resonance.

Ebony fretboard
Ebony fretboard is used for quick note rise and rich sustain.

Gibraltar Performer Bridge
Zinc bridge with saddle adjustment screws on the tailpiece side.
The bridge has a screwdriver inserted from the tailpiece side, which makes it easier to adjust the saddle front to back.

PM special single coil pickup
This is an Ibanez pickup that reflects Pat's preference perfectly after many prototypes and long discussions with him.
The bass is not boomy and easy to pick nuance, and the single coil pickup has a crisp and bright sound.
The pickup is fixed to the body by placing the pickup body on a large metal plate and suspending the metal plate from the body with three screws, a classic style that shows Pat's attention to detail.
