Roasted maple neck / AZ shape for a firm and comfortable grip
Heat-treated maple is used for the neck.
The heat treatment provides shape stability, durability against warping, water resistance, and resistance to temperature changes.
The neck thickness is 20.5*22.5 (at 1F*12F), the same as AZ Prestige and AZ Premium, for a firm and comfortable grip.

Jatoba wood Fingerboard
Hard wood with reddish-brown bark and grain, featuring a full midrange.

Flame maple top / Alder body
Alder wood, characterized by its well-balanced bright tonal characteristics and rich sustain, is bonded with flame maple wood with beautiful grain.

Ibanez Original "Modern Custom" Pickups
Original Ibanez humbucker pickups with Alnico V magnets are mounted on the front and rear.
With powerful tone and quick response, these pickups are perfect for playing modern music, especially with overdrive and distortion sounds.

Alter Switch for dyna-MIX 10 wiring
With a single flip of the mini-switch, you can freely switch between humbucker mode and single coil mode, giving you 10 different sound variations.
In the power-tap mode, one coil is tapped and the other coil is specially wired to bring out the low frequency range of the other coil, resulting in clear highs and a thicker, more clearly defined sound than can be obtained with a simple tap.
This is a switching system for the modern guitar player who must perform multiple roles with limited equipment.

T106 Tremolo Bridge
Like the Prestige AZ and Premium AZ, the T106 tremolo bridge has a narrow spacing design with a 10.5 mm pitch between strings to facilitate skipping, hybrid picking, and other picking techniques that straddle the strings.
Six independent saddles allow easy height and intonation adjustment for each string.

Jumbo-size stainless steel frets.
The fretboard is easy to maintain and features quick sound rise, good separation when playing chords, and clear sound output even when playing single notes.
The jumbo size fretboard allows for light touch string pressing, fast passage playing, and smooth chalking.
