Kino Factory is based in Shiojiri City, Nagano Prefecture, and is well known as a high-end Japanese guitar workshop that produces innovative guitars that are not bound by conventional wisdom.
This is one such guitar from Kino. This model is coated with blue figured maple not only on the body but also on the head, and is probably a semi-order item.
The specs include a carefully selected alder body, flame maple neck, and Madagascar rosewood fingerboard. The pickups are Dimarzio SplitP, which are characterized by their rich and extended tone.

The sound, which is of interest to us, has a wide range of sound-making possibilities, centering on the bass range, which has a sense of loss without sacrificing texture, and the midrange, which is warm and resonant. Especially, the texture of the bass range is so powerful that it is hard to believe that the 3.56kg lightweight body can be used in today's world, where weight tends to equal sound pressure.

厳選されたアルダーボディにフレイムメイプルネック、マダガスカル・ローズウッド指板というスペック。ピックアップは豊かに広がっていくようなトーンが特徴の Dimarzio SplitPが採用されております。

そして気になるサウンドですが、抜け感がありつつも質感を損なわない低音域、暖かく響く中音域を中心に幅広いサウンドメイキングが可能となっております。特に低音域の質感は、重量=音圧の傾向にある現代において3.56kgの軽量ボディとは思えないほどのパワーを感じることができるでしょう。
