A used 2003 "McCarty 10Top" with a rosewood neck has just arrived!

McCarty
It’s no exaggeration to call the McCarty series the cornerstone of Paul Reed Smith. Paying homage to Ted McCarty, a legend in the world of electric guitars, the McCarty models embody PRS’s latest innovations and pay tribute to the golden age of guitar-making.

Body, Neck, and Fingerboard
The body features a classic combination of a flamed maple top and mahogany back. The neck and fingerboard are crafted from Indian rosewood.

Although there is no “10Top” engraving on the back of the headstock, we have determined this to be 10Top grade based on the MODCAT code found inside the cavity.

Neck Shape
The neck features the “Wide Fat” profile. With moderate thickness, it offers a comfortable grip without feeling cumbersome to play.

Pickups
This model is equipped with two “McCarty” pickups designed exclusively for it. Based on the Dragon pickup, these feature Alnico 4 magnets and deliver a very versatile tone that retains a vintage feel while also offering a powerful, punchy output.

PRS has long been beloved by guitarists across a wide range of genres. You’re sure to experience maximum performance in a variety of settings, including live shows, jam sessions, and recording.

Condition
There is a minor chip in the wood at the tip of the headstock, a single dent on the back of the body, a 1 cm area of paint peeling on the binding near the 6th-string horn, and various minor scratches and dents scattered throughout; the instrument shows signs of wear commensurate with its age. Additionally, the strap pins have been replaced. (The strap side is missing.)

The neck, frets, truss rod, and all other playability-related components are in perfect working order.
Furthermore, upon arrival, our repair center performed a full adjustment and fret leveling, so you can use this guitar with confidence.
