A 2005 LQ Series Les Paul Standard has arrived!
The LQ Series is manufactured at the Fujigen factory in Japan. In addition to a lacquer finish that maximizes the resonance of the wood, this is the final generation of Japanese-made limited-edition models featuring a “headstock identical in shape to the original,” proving its direct lineage from Gibson.

It features a maple top with a mahogany back and neck, and incorporates a genuine deep joint (deep neck tenon). It is equipped with “Epiphone Original Humbuckers.”

Overall, there are moderate signs of use, such as scratches, dents, and paint chips. Additionally, there is a slight chip at the tip of the headstock, and the included case shows some damage.

This model is appealing for its meticulous craftsmanship unique to Japanese-made instruments, the beautiful texture of its lacquer finish, and its rich tone and sound. It is in “Player’s Condition” and still fully playable!
