The MIJ EVH Signature Wolfgang is a special model crafted with exceptional Japanese craftsmanship, featuring the strict specifications established for Eddie Van Halen’s tour gear and a versatile sound with the epic grandeur expected of an instrument bearing the EVH name.

The basswood body features an arched top made of big-leaf maple and is accented with 5-ply binding. The bolt-on quarter-sawn maple neck is precisely crafted to Eddie’s specified standards and incorporates a graphite reinforcement rod to minimize the effects of temperature and humidity.
The neck back is hand-finished with a satin urethane finish, supporting smooth and fast playing. Additionally, the heel-mounted truss rod adjustment wheel makes neck adjustments easy.
Designed for comfortable playing in every style—from chord strumming to solos and bends—the 12–16-inch compound radius ebony fingerboard features 22 vintage stainless steel jumbo frets.

The two Custom Wound EVH Wolfgang humbuckers can be switched via a reverse-style 3-way toggle switch, delivering perfect balance and dynamic attack.
