Born from the concept of creating new value in musical instruments, the Demo Mod is a player-condition instrument shipped specifically for Gibson fans. It is a one-of-a-kind, prototype demo guitar that has undergone unique customization at the Gibson Repair & Restoration Center.

This guitar is based on the Les Paul Standard. It features the classic configuration: a maple top, mahogany back, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard. The back of the neck, the back of the body, and the top of the headstock have a satin finish. Another notable feature is its unique color scheme: the body top is finished in a green-based burst with glitter.

It is equipped with P94R and P94T pickups—P-90-style single-coil pickups that can be mounted directly into humbucker-sized cavities. Like traditional P-90s, they use Alnico V magnets and enamel-style wire, delivering higher output and sustain than standard single-coil pickups, along with a rich midrange and crisp, edgy highs.

It shows minimal signs of use and remains in excellent condition. Of course, playability—including the truss rod—is excellent.
