This is a limited edition, no luster finish, special color SG Reissue Bass from Gibson USA, made in 2006.

Short-scale SG Reissue Bass, created in 2005 and renamed SG Standard Bass in 2008, with mahogany body, mahogany neck, rose fingerboard, set neck construction, and 30.5" (776mm) short scale, 305mm (12") R/about 40.8mm nut, 2Vol/Tone control, and 3-Point Adjustable bridge.

This SG bass features a fat, wild sound due to the short scale & powerful PU.

The strap pin has been changed to a shear type. The original hole on the neck side has a broken screw and has been shifted out of position. It shows signs of use (scratches/paint peeling on the neck joint area and body back, scuffs and play marks, picking marks on the pickguard film, fogging/pits on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damages).

The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, simple dowel hole for rod cover, and deburring) upon arrival, the fret board is high enough to play, and the truss rod is adjustable to ±60°.

2008年には名称変更でSG Standard Bassにリネームされる、2005年に誕生したショートスケールのSG Reissue Bass。マホガニー・ボディ、マホガニー・ネック、ローズ指板、セットネック構造で、30.5"(776mm)のショートスケールを採用、305mm (12")R/約40.8mmナット、2Vol/Toneコントロール、3-Point Adjustableブリッジを採用しています。

ショートスケール＆パワフルなPUによる、野太いサウンドが特徴のSGベースです。

ストラップピンをシャーラータイプに変更・ネック側の元穴はネジ折れがあり位置をずらしています。使用感(ネックジョイント付近やボディバックにひっかきキズ/塗装剥がれ、スレや弾きスジ、ピックガードフィルムにピッキング痕、金属パーツやネジ類の曇り・ピッツ、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。

入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・ロッドカバー穴簡易ダボ打ち・バリ取り)済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは締める方向・緩める方向調整可能で±60°まで動作確認済みです。
