USED Martin / 000C-16GTE Premium [2008 / Made in the USA]

A Martin 16 Series 000C-16GTE Premium electro-acoustic guitar, manufactured in 2008, featuring a cutaway and the Fishman Prefix Premium Blend system with a built-in tuner.

This all-solid, gloss-top 16 Series OOO (Triple-O) model features an under-saddle pickup and a gooseneck-style built-in microphone inside the soundhole. It has a Sitka spruce top, mahogany sides and back, Hybrid X-Frame scalloped bracing, and a black Micarta fingerboard and bridge. The body sides, back, and neck back feature a matte satin finish.

Featuring a pronounced OOO shape with mahogany sides and back, this cutaway model offers the same comfortable playability as the OOO-18, along with a light, crisp tone.

The preamp has been replaced by the importer. There are signs of use (including marks on the headstock tip and top, discoloration, minor scratches and scuffs, wear and playing lines, noticeable picking marks around the soundhole, exposed wood on the 1st string side, shine and ring marks on the back of the neck from playing, and tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts and screws, among other cosmetic damage).

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and action adjustment). The frets are at a height that poses no problem for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions (tightening and loosening); it has been verified to function properly within a range of ±60°.
