The 2013 Steve Lukather signature LUKE III HSS Bodhi Blue is now in stock!
This guitar features his favorite alder body, a lofted maple neck with lots of wood grain, and rosewood. The nut width is about 41mm and the last fret is about 55mm, making it easy to grip. The neck shape is slightly unique, with a slightly narrower tip, somewhere between a U-shape and a V-shape. It is equipped with Schaller M6 locking pegs, an original synchronized tremolo bridge, Transition humbuckers co-developed with Dimazio, and a custom Dimazio single coil pickup. And it has an 18db gain boost function with the original active preamp powered by a 9V battery (the boost can be switched on/off by PUSH/PUSH on the volume knob). The noiseless, bouncy, and even powerful sound can be controlled at will!

The body has very little noticeable damage other than wipe scratches, thanks in part to the metallic color. It is recommended for those who are considering buying a new one. The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen. There are no string marks on the frets and about 80% of the strings are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 12F 6th string side and about 1.5mm on the 1st string side.

本人も好んでいるアルダーボディ、杢がびっしり浮かぶローステッド・メイプルネック、ローズウッドを採用。ナット幅約41mmで最終フレット約55ｍｍと握り易くなっております。ネックシェイプは少し独特な形になっており、先端の部分がやや細く、UシェイプとVシェイプの間ぐらいになっております。シャーラーのM6ロッキングペグ、オリジナルのシンクロナイズド・トレモロブリッジ、ピックアップにはDimazioと共同開発されたTransitionハムバッカーと、Dimazio製カスタムシングルコイルを搭載。そして9Vバッテリー駆動のオリジナルアクティブプリアンプによる18dbゲインブースト機能を備えております(ボリュームノブのPUSH/PUSHでブーストON/OFF切り替え可能)。ノイズレスでハリのある、パワフルなサウンドまでも自在にコントロールできるでしょう！

ボディはメタリックカラーのおかげもあり、拭きキズ以外で目立つダメージは極めて少ないです。新品をお考えの方にもオススメです。ネックコンディションは現状問題なく、トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能。フレットには弦跡等は無く残りは8割程です。現状弦高は12F6弦側で約2.0mm、1弦側で約1.5mmで調整されております。
