USED GIBSON USA / ES-335TD Walnut 1974-75 [03]

Gibson ES-335TD Walnut, believed to be made in 1974-75 based on serial number and specifications, is now in stock!

This guitar is in player's condition with a neck repair history and many parts replaced!

Laminated maple body, 3-piece mahogany neck with volute, and rosewood fingerboard.

The PU is an "engraved numbered PU" on the bridge side, and a humbucker type PU on the front with unknown details.

The large open center block produces an airy semi-acoustic tone.
(The PU itself shows signs of wiring extension, both covers have been removed, and the rear PU is rewound).

The resistance value is about 8k for the front and 7.1k for the bridge.
(Both are measured through the controls.)

The swing tailpiece has been replaced with a stop tailpiece, the pegs have been replaced with Grover pegs, and the rod cover, frets, nut, bridge, tailpiece, pots, and knobs have been replaced.

There are two paint melting marks under the tailpiece, and the original holes of the swing tailpiece have been filled in, and the holes for the additional switch have been filled in.

In addition, there are signs of over-lacquering and fingerboard correction.

Overall, there are many signs of use and replacement parts, but it is in good playing condition.

The neck has been repaired and many parts have been replaced!
