The 2006 Fender Custom Shop Master Built Series 1970 Stratocaster NOS Olympic White Build by Todd Krause is now in stock!

Todd Krause began his career at Charvel/Jackson in 1981 and joined the Fender Custom Shop in 1991. In fact, he has built instruments for many famous musicians such as Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck.
He has actually built instruments for many well-known musicians, including Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck.
He has been given the ultimate title of "Senior Master Builder," and while fulfilling his role as a master builder, he also trains and mentors future master builders.

This is a very rare 70 Stratocaster built by the Senior Master Builder Todd Kraus!

The certification is 1970 Stratocaster NOS, but the specs are a mix of early 70's Stratocaster specs.

Alder body with NOS finish and 1 piece maple neck with 3 point stopper.
Both are painted with poly paint instead of lacquer to give a 70s look and feel.

The neck shape is a little thin and easy to grip, similar to a 70s U shape, and as with all guitars made by Todd Krause, the neck feel and fret treatment are excellent and playable.

The fingerboard is 7.25R and the frets are slightly taller than vintage frets.

Also, the head top has been colored for a 70s look, and the bullet nut has two string guides.
The pegs are equipped with 70s style F keys.

The PUs have probably been replaced, and currently there are three black bobbin PUs with Custom Shop stickers on them.

The sound is a bright and punchy rock sound typical of 70s Stratos.
The sound is pleasant from hard rock to funk.

There are some scratches, dents, and dings, but considering the age of the instrument, it is in good condition. It is also in good playing condition.

This is a very rare 70s style Stratocaster made by Todd Krause!
The sound and playability are excellent, and this is one that is sure to be an instant success!

トッド・クラウス氏は1981年にシャーベル/ジャクソンでそのキャリアをスタートし、1991年からフェンダーカスタムショップに加わりました。実際にエリック・クラプトンやジェフ・ベック等の著名な
ミュージシャンの楽器製作を数多く手がけています。
「シニアマスタービルダー」という究極の称号を与えられ、マスタービルダーとしての役割をこなしつつ、将来のマスタービルダーとなるべき人材の育成及び指導にもあたっている人物です。

そのシニアマスタービルダートッド・クラウスにより製作された非常に珍しい70ストラトです！

認定書が1970 Stratocaster NOSとなっておりますが仕様といたしましては70年代前半のストラトのスペックが混在した仕様となっています。

NOS仕上げのアルダーボディに3点止めの1ピースメイプルネック。
70ｓらしい風合いを出すためかどちらも塗装はラッカーではなくポリ系の塗料にて仕上げられています。

ネックシェイプは70ｓらしいやや薄めで握りこみやすいＵに近いシェイプで、トッド・クラウス製作のギターらしくネックのフィーリング、フレットの処理が素晴らしく演奏性抜群です。

指板は7.25Rでフレットはヴィンテージフレットよりやや背の高いフレットが搭載されています。

また、ヘッドトップに色が入れられており70ｓらしいルックスで、ブレットナットのストリングガイドは2個の仕様となっています。
ペグは70ｓスタイルのＦキーを搭載。

ＰＵはおそらく交換されており、現在はカスタムショップのステッカーが貼られたブラックボビンＰＵが3機搭載されています。

サウンドは3ボルト仕様ということもあり70ｓストラトらしいブライトでパンチのあるロックサウンドをアウトプット。
ハードロックからファンクまで気持ちの良いサウンドです。

傷、打痕、凹み等ございますが年式を考慮すると良いコンディションを保っております。演奏コンディションも良好です。

非常に珍しいトッド・クラウス製作の70ｓスタイルのストラトキャスターです！
