We are pleased to announce the arrival of a 1976 Gibson Grabber Bass!

This Grabber, which appeared in 1973, is a model with a bolt-on joint similar to the F company's electric basses and a pickup that can be said to be its greatest feature.
The pickup is mounted in the center of the body and its position is adjustable, which gives a variety of sounds despite being a single shot.

The truss rod has a little bit left in the tightening direction, and the neck is currently twisted and wavy.
The pegs have been replaced, the string threading part on the back of the body is missing, and the case has a musty smell, so the exterior has deteriorated significantly.

Please take this opportunity to try out this model, which is well-known for its use by Lou Barlow and Krist Novoselic.

1973年に登場したこちらのGrabberはF社のエレキベースにも似たボルトオンジョイントに最大の特徴とも言うべきピックアップを搭載したモデルでございます。
ボディ中央にマウントされたピックアップは位置の調整が可能となっており1発ながらサウンドにバリエーションをもたらしています。

トラスロッドが締め方向に残り僅かとなっており、ネックは現状ねじれと波打ちが確認できます。
また、ペグが交換されており、ボディ裏の弦を通す部分のパーツが欠品している他、ケースにカビ臭があり外装が大きく劣化しております。

Lou BarlowやKrist Novoselicの使用でもお馴染みのモデル、この機会に是非お試しくださいませ。
