This is a Mayer mouthpiece for alto saxophone. This is a 7SS, but the facing has been changed to medium. The standard Mayr mouthpiece seems to be shifting to No. 7 and No. 8 in the world, so it may become a standard in the future. The table engraving is also in visible condition, so I think it is a reface to the extent that it has been prepared. The baffle is also in good condition. The ligature has some scratches and other signs of use, but I think it has the sound of a small chamber New York Meyer.
