The finish is one of the "Ultra Heavy Aged" specs, with Murphy Lab's scratches and weather checks, giving it the look of having been played for a long time!

One-piece mahogany body, mahogany neck, and rosewood fingerboard.
The neck shape is a slim taper, which was changed from 1960, and is highly playable.

The body color is a chic "Ebony" color. The pickguard is a cool red tortoiseshell 1-ply guard.
The guitar has been given an "Ultra Heavy Aged" finish by Murphy Labs, the highest level of aged finish available, to give it the appearance of a guitar that has been abused by professional guitarists as their main guitar.
The body and back of the neck are finished with paint that has peeled away to reveal the wood, scratches, dents, and weather checks from age, giving the guitar a regal look.

One original dog ear type "P-90" pickup is installed.
The sweet and fat sound of the P-90 is attractive for both clean and drive sound.

The condition of the guitar is difficult to distinguish from the original due to the aged finish, but there are no noticeable scratches that may have been added later.
