This is a Yamaha YTS-62II tenor saxophone.
As a model, it is the second generation of Yamaha's long-selling "62" model.
This model has a slightly more massive feel than the first generation, and can be used in a variety of genres, from brass band to jazz. There is a noticeable line scratch near the strap ring of the second pipe.
The instrument is in good condition considering its age, with no major damage, although there are scratches and lacquer peels scattered throughout the instrument due to normal use and aging.
The six damaged tampos have been replaced with new ones, and the instrument has been tuned to perfection, so you can enjoy playing it right away.
