We have received a used OVATION N869S in stock.

Key specifications include a flamed maple top, lyre-cutaway back, 5-piece mahogany/maple neck, ebony fingerboard, deep bowl body, and an OP-24 preamp.

This instrument combines the rich low end characteristic of a deep-bowl design with the clear, resonant sound unique to OVATION.
The luxurious look provided by the flamed maple top is also a major attraction.

As for its condition, there are dents, scratches, and some tarnish on the metal parts, showing signs of aging and wear commensurate with its age.
There is a slight bulge visible beneath the bridge on the top.

The neck has a slight forward bow, but there is no neck lift.
The truss rod has approximately 1/4 of its travel remaining.

The frets have been leveled, so there are no significant irregularities, and approximately 70% of the original material remains.
The string action at the 12th fret is 2.6 mm on the 6th string and 2.0 mm on the 1st string, making for a relatively comfortable playing setup.
Additionally, shim adjustments have been made.
There is a crack visible in the fingerboard binding.

We noticed some frets were lifting, so we have corrected this at our repair center.

We have not observed any issues with the output of the electronic system, but we have confirmed that a momentary noise occurs when using a battery checker.
The instrument will be delivered in its current condition.

It comes with the original hard case.
