From the company’s founding in 1985 to the present day, the “Custom 24”—PRS’s flagship model—has undergone numerous specification changes and has consistently led the music scene of its time. With its beautiful appearance, excellent playability and durability, and wide range of tones, the Custom 24 fully satisfies the needs of guitarists. Body, Neck, and Fingerboard
The body features a classic combination of a flamed maple top, mahogany back, and mahogany neck. The fingerboard is made of Indian rosewood.

Neck Shape
The neck shape is the “Pattern Thin,” featuring a wide yet relatively thin grip. It is recommended for players who frequently use classic styles or engage in technical lead playing.

Pickups
The guitar is equipped with the “59/09” pickup, known for its bright, punchy sound and often referred to as the “PRS-style PAF.” Inspired by 1959 humbuckers, this pickup uses Alnico II magnets to deliver a clear sound that handles a wide range of tones, from clean to overdriven. Another appealing feature is its ability to faithfully reproduce even the most subtle nuances, depending on how the volume and tone controls are adjusted.

Condition
There is a cloudy discoloration in the cutaway area, paint chips on the tip of the headstock and the outer edge of the body back, and some paint pulling on the body top. Additionally, there are numerous scratches and dents scattered throughout, giving the guitar a well-used appearance.

The neck, frets, truss rod, and all other components essential to playability are in perfect working order.
Additionally, upon arrival, our repair center performed a full setup and fret leveling, so you can use it with confidence.

Since the strap pins had been replaced at the time of purchase, we have replaced them with genuine (brand-new) strap pins at our store.
