Used 2015 Gibson Memphis Historic Series 1963 ES-335 Historic Burst in stock.

Memphis guitars are still very popular since the closing of the Memphis factory in 2018.

The Historic Collection reproduces the specifications of vintage guitars, including the long tenon, block inlays, nylon saddle, and other details that were reproduced in 1963.

The body is made of laminated maple/poplar/maple, which has been the standard material since its introduction in 1958, and the neck is made of mahogany with a rosewood fingerboard.

The head features crown inlays and Kluson Single Line/Double Ring.
The fingerboard has small block inlays and medium jumbo frets, and the set neck has a long tenon (deep joint).

Pickups include two Memphis original MHS Pickups and a Black Beauty replica.
The bridge is an ABR-1 with nylon saddles and an aluminum stop tailpiece.
The color is "Historic Burst," a replica of a sunburst that has faded with age. The fade is stronger toward the end of the body, giving it a vintage look.

This is a great opportunity to own a 1963 ES-335 with vintage reproduction technology from the construction to the sound.

2018年にMemphis工場を閉鎖して以来、今もなお高い人気を持つMemphis製ギター。

ビンテージギターのスペックを再現したHistoric Collection。その中でも本機は1963年当時の仕様を再現しており、ロングテノンやブロックインレイ、ナイロンサドル等細部まで再現がなされております。

ボディは1958年の登場以来続いている、メイプル/ポプラ/メイプルのラミネートメイプル、ネックにはマホガニー、ローズウッド指板といったスタンダードなマテリアル。

ヘッドにはクラウンインレイとKluson製 Single Line/Double Ringを搭載。
指板にはスモールブロックインレイ、ミディアムジャンボフレットを使用し、セットネックはロングテノン(ディープジョイント)を採用。

ピックアップにはMemphisオリジナルのMHS Pickupを2基、Black Beautyレプリカを搭載。
ブリッジにはナイロンサドルのABR-1、アルミ製ストップテールピースを使用。
カラーは経年とともに褪色したサンバーストを再現した「Historic Burst」。ボディエンドへ行くに従ってフェイドが強くなっているルックスはビンテージさながら。

ルックスだけではなく、作りからサウンドまでビンテージ再現の技術が注がれた1963 ES-335。この機会に是非。
