伝説的ベーシスト、ピノ・パラディーノの1979年製スティングレイをベースに開発された、Music Manによるシグネチャーモデル。
ヴィンテージトーンと現代的な演奏性を両立した本機は、ピノ本人のこだわりが随所に反映された特別な一本です。
ボディにはポプラ材を採用し、オリジナルを再現した“79 Burst”フィニッシュを施すことで、深みのあるクラシックな外観に仕上げられています。
ネックはダークオレンジに染色されたメイプル材で、非対称シェイプを採用。ローズウッド指板との組み合わせにより、滑らかなフィンガリングと豊かな音色を実現します。
ピックアップは70年代後期の仕様を再現したカスタム・ハムバッカーを搭載。短めのポールピースと、ピノのプリアンプを再現した2バンドEQにより、温かみのあるヴィンテージサウンドが得られます。
細部にはブラス製サドル、GraphTech製ナット、アーティストシリーズ専用ネックプレートなどを採用。Mono製ケースが付属し、持ち運びにも安心です。

This signature model by Music Man was developed based on legendary bassist Pino Palladino's 1979 Stingray.
This is a special model that combines a vintage tone with modern playability, and reflects Pino's own special attention to detail.
The body is made of poplar with a "79 Burst" finish that replicates the original, giving it a deep, classic look.
The neck is made of maple stained dark orange with an asymmetrical shape. Combined with a rosewood fingerboard, it provides smooth fingering and rich tone.
The pickups are custom humbuckers reproducing the specifications of the late 70s. A short pole piece and a 2-band EQ that replicates a Pinot preamp give it a warm vintage sound.
The Mono case is included for easy portability.
