1965 Epiphone E212TD Sheraton is in stock!

This model was made in 1965 with serial: 306091. This is the top of the line Epiphone semi-acoustic model produced at the Kalamazoo factory. It is a similar grade product to the Gibson ES-355.

The head inlay and block inlay, which are unique to the Sheraton, give a luxurious impression. The hollow body has less airiness, and the center block effect is fully demonstrated, giving it a straight sound similar to a solid guitar, making it a great all-around guitar that can handle jazz and blues as well as amp-driven rock sounds. This model can be used as an all-around guitar.

It has a long headstock, a narrow neck with a 40mm nut, and a 14-degree head angle. The pickups are original mini humbuckers with patent numbers affixed. The pegs are Globa 102G, the tremolo unit is a Bigsby B7G, and other parts are gold hardware, as is typical of higher-end models.

Replacement parts are POT, condenser, nut, and frets. There are additional screw holes under the pickguard and near the truss rod cover, and the bridge prop has been moved slightly. There is a thin layer of over lacquer on the back of the neck. The truss rod has a little room, but there are signs of shimming or other modifications.

The replacement parts have been modified, but the playing condition is good.
