A used Sadowsky 5-24 with a beautiful back-eye burl top has arrived!!

Sadowsky represents the ultimate active JB-style design.
A used 5-string bass made in NYC by the original manufacturer has arrived.

Featuring a 5-string, 24-fret configuration with soapbar pickups—the classic 5-24 style.
The offset pickup placement at the rear produces a unique low-end and punchy sound.

The top features beautiful Mastergrade back-eye burl.
Combined with the 59 Burst gradient, it gives a very cool impression.
The back is alder (chambered), and the fingerboard is ebony.

A special logo commemorating Sadowsky's 40th anniversary is featured on the back of the headstock.
As it's a 40th Anniversary model, it's likely manufactured around 2020.

Weight: 3.78kg.
There are minor dings near the headstock tip and body end, but overall it's in good condition with its appearance well-preserved.
The frets show slight indentations, but this does not affect any buzzing.
Playability aspects like the truss rod are also in good working order.

Plug it into an amp, and you'll get that unmistakable sound.
The NYC is now quite difficult to find domestically.
We highly recommend giving it a try.

* The body back sticker and warranty card (expired) are missing, but we have confirmed with the original domestic distributor that this is a genuine import, verifying the specifications and wood grade.
