USED Gibson / 1970 ES-335TDC Cherry [05]

1970 Gibson ES-335TDC in stock!

This is a 1970 model with serial: 901592 and Pot Date: 13770XX. No volute on the neck, no Made in USA stamp on the back of the head, and no eye dot, these transitional specs give it a nice late 1960's feel.

Made at the Kalamazoo, Michigan factory, with a 3-piece mahogany neck, short tenon, and blanco tailpiece. Two original sticker-numbered PAF pickups are mounted to experience the great sound of the period.

Pot Date is 13770XX x 2 on the visible part, and other 2 parts are hidden by solder, so it is hard to judge, but I think it is original. The condenser is also original sprague black beauty. The nut and frets are original and highly original.

There are some dents and scratches, but overall it is in very clean condition and has good playability including the truss rod.

This is a rare vintage Gibson from the 60's that has been on the rise in recent years. The reddish color of the cherry wood is still there, and it is a beautiful piece of furniture. Please contact us as soon as possible.
