We now have in stock a 2017 Custom 24 with a quilted maple top and ebony fretboard, which is not manufactured on the current model!

Custom 24
Since its establishment in 1985, the Custom 24 has been one of PRS's most popular models, and has continued to lead the music scene of its time through numerous specification changes. The Custom 24 is loved by guitar players all over the world for its beautiful appearance, excellent playability and durability, sound variation, and the flexibility that allows it to be used in a wide range of genres.

Body, neck, and fingerboard
The body is a royal combination of flame maple top, mahogany back, and mahogany neck. The fingerboard is made of jet-black ebony.

Pickups
The pickups are "85/15" which are brushed up from the early PRS pickups in 1985 for the 30th anniversary. The smooth bass range and clear and wide treble range give the guitar a massive and sparkling sound that can be used in a wide range of genres, especially rock.

Neck Shape
The neck shape is "Pattren Regular. It is moderately thick and has a grippy feel.

Selector etc.
A 5-way blade switch is equipped to produce a very shimmering halftone that combines the general humbucker sound with a coil split sound.

This PRS has been a favorite of guitarists of all genres for many years, and you will find maximum performance in a variety of fields, including live, session, and recording.

Condition
There are scratches and dents on various parts of the body, and the tip of the head has some paint chips. There are also some tarnish and rust on the metal parts, but the neck, frets, truss rod, and all other playing-related conditions are in good condition.

The Custom 24 is currently not available with the quilted maple top or ebony fingerboard options of the regular Core line, making it a rare pre-2020's spec.

The guitar has been fully tuned and cleaned at our repair center upon arrival, so you can use it with confidence.
