This is a Yamaha FG series FG-850, an all-mahogany traditional western type in the famous FG shape.

Wood binding on the body edge, black binding finish from neck to head area, solid mahogany top, mahogany sides and back, nato neck, binding wrapped rose fingerboard and bridge, 43mm nut/650mm scale, rotomatic pegs. Rotomatic pegs.

Although it is an entry-level model, the FG all-mahogany model represents Yamaha acoustics and has a beautiful, warm, and powerful sound, and is recommended for beginners.

It has some signs of use (scratches, play marks, picking marks on the pickguard film, fogging and bits on metal parts and screws, etc.).

The fretboard has been set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, deburring, fret shaping), and the fret board is high enough to play well. The truss rod has been checked to 60 degrees left and right.
