プレシリアルのラディックバッジを持つ60年代の名器ジャズフェスティバル
こちらの個体はインナーミュートが丸ノブでWFL時代の頃の位置にあるので、60年代でもかなり初期の頃のものではないかと推測されます。
但し、シェルの塗装は後から塗り直されている感じもします。(オリジナルよりグレー系)
フープはトップがブラスフープ(こちらはオリジナルか)、ボトムは60年代後期以降のスチールフープです。
カバリングはホワイトマリンパールでかなり色焼けしている印象ですが、これはこれで非常に味わい深いルックスになっております。
パーツ類はややピッツやサビが目立ち、年式相応の使用感が否めませんが、シェルそのものは非常に良く鳴る印象で、サウンド自体は良好・
いわゆるプレイヤーズコンディションという感じの状態ではあるものの、まだまだ十分現役、ラディックらしい甘さを持ちながらも抜け良いサウンドです。
ハードケース(プラスチック)付属いたします。

A great Jazz Festival instrument from the 60s with a pre-serial radic badge.
The inner mute on this one is a round knob and is in the position it was in during the WFL era, so I would guess that it is from very early in the 60's.
However, the paint on the shell seems to have been repainted later. (More grayish than the original).
The top hoop is a brass hoop (is this original?) and the bottom is a steel hoop from the late 60s or later.
The covering is white marine pearl, which gives the impression of being quite tarnished, but this gives it a very tasteful look.
The parts are a little pitted and rusted, and there is no denying the feeling of use commensurate with the age, but the shell itself gives the impression of sounding very well, and the sound itself is good.
Although it is in what is called "player's condition," it is still in good working condition, and has the sweetness that is typical of RADIC, but with a good sound.
A hard case (plastic) is included.
