Ergonomically designed EHB body design
The horns are shaped to balance the body and neck when played standing up, and the body curve on the treble string side was designed with particular emphasis on fit and balance when played seated.
The body surface is contoured to provide a sloping surface where the elbow touches the body.
The body edges that come in contact with the body are all smooth and rounded.
The back of the body is boldly cut to become thinner toward the bass strings.
This is designed to enhance the fit when playing while seated and to allow for the angle of the eye when looking at the fingerboard inlays.
In addition, the back of the horn on the treble string side is cut in a scooped shape to facilitate access to the high frets.
Chambering for a more sensuous feel of the body's sound
The player will be more aware of the sound he or she is making by experiencing the vibrations inside the body as they are in a hollow body.
This also leads to a slight weight reduction.
Vari Mid 3 Band EQ w/EQ bypass switch
Normally, a 3-band EQ is a 3-band EQ that divides the bandwidth into three bands (HIGH/MID/LOW) and allows the developer to arbitrarily set the focus of the frequency range and control the boost or cut. The Vari Mid allows the user to set the mid focus as desired.
