Tim Henson(Polyphia) signature 7 string model based on AZ series with Fishman pickups and impressive fretboard inlay design named "Tree Of Death" by Tim himself! The new 7-string model is named "Death".
The original body shape was designed for a contemporary look.
The thin body contour and large elbow contour, reminiscent of Ibanez's signature "S" model, create a sense of unity between the player and the guitar and contribute greatly to improved playability.
The deep neck of the body makes the guitar easy to hold and maneuver on stage, and also contributes to its high playability.
The ergonomic design of the body has a 3mm radius on the front side and an 8mm radius on the back side, with different radiuses on the front and back sides, so that the player can feel a good fit the moment he or she holds the guitar, regardless of whether he or she is seated or standing.
The "Super All Access Neck" is carved at a height difference of 8mm from the back of the body, and the joint with the neck is finished with a spherical surface to achieve high playability.
The cutaway on the bass string side is designed to be shallow to maximize the surface area between the body and the neck, which allows for both high playability and good sustain and resonance.
The horn and cutaway have a large gouge shape reminiscent of Ibanez's flagship model, the RG.
