Fender Japan's top-of-the-line EXTRAD series
We are pleased to announce the arrival of a sunburst color ST54-135 from Fender Japan's top-of-the-line EXTRAD series! The serial number starts with F (1986-1987), but the neck date is listed as 1989.
Manufactured by Fujigen, this model has luxurious specs that rival the original, including carefully selected woods, USA-made parts, and a lacquer finish.
The 2-piece ash body, V-shaped maple 1-piece neck, 7.25-inch fingerboard R, and 1-piece pickguard are all based on the '54 model, while the 3-tone Sunburst color, Lace Sensor Gold pickups, and other specifications that seem to have been select-ordered are found throughout. This is a unique model.

Please note that the strap pins have been replaced with shear-type locking pins, and the locking pin parts are missing. The back panel is also missing.
The frets have been fully grated, the nut has been replaced, the wiring has been corrected, and the entire instrument has been cleaned and set up. The exterior of the instrument shows signs of use and damage commensurate with its age, such as scratches, dents, and paint reaction/degradation due to age. The remaining frets are approximately 70% full. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 6th string side at the 12th fret and about 1.5mm on the 1st string side.
