This is a specially illustrated model commemorating the 40th anniversary of LOUDNESS, created by CAT'S Factory, the maker of the AT-222 series of effect pedals highly praised by Akira Takasaki of LOUDNESS.
AT-222D 8I-II0 Distortion In keeping with Ki, the AT-222D 8I-II0 Distortion is a simple pedal without a 3-mode switch.
It features a wide range of gain control, from light crunch to a high-gain sound that can even be used to play lead, and has a natural sound as if distorted by an amp, without distorting the core of the sound or crushing it.
Also, as with previous models in this series, a true bypass system is used, so the original sound is not lost when effects are turned off, and low noise is one of the features of this model.
