The Aria Pro II PE-F80 LTD Goldtop has arrived!
This eye-catching guitar combines the design of the “PE-R80”—an iconic model from the 1980s—with a modern revival of the Goldtop finish and gold hardware for a luxurious look.
It features a set-neck construction combining an Okume body with a plain maple veneer top, a Nato neck, and a rosewood fingerboard. In addition to the PE-style curved top and cloud-shaped inlays, it incorporates a flat back and heel-less cutaway, ensuring excellent comfort against the body and playability in the higher positions.
It is equipped with two Japanese-made Classic Power humbuckers, similar to those found on the current PE-R80. These produce a well-defined humbucker sound that balances rich mid-low frequencies with clear, cut-through highs. Each pickup features a series/parallel selector switch, offering a wide range of tones from powerful drive sounds to bright and lively clean tones.
Another appealing feature is its practical component configuration, including reliable GOTOH SG301 tuners, a bone nut, and Aria’s original SPT bridge and QH tailpiece.
