USED Greco / EG500GS Gold Top [11]

This EG500GS, manufactured in the early 1970s, bears the "Gneco logo" on its head, symbolizing the early days of Greco.
It is a Les Paul Deluxe style model with a gold top and two mini-humbuckers, and has the quality and solid construction and unique character typical of guitars made in Japan at that time.
The body is made of mahogany back with maple top, and the neck is also made of mahogany with bolt-on joints. The sound is light and crisp, and the sharpness of the mini-humbucker gives the guitar a unique and clear feel. The fretboard is rosewood, and the easy-to-handle medium scale specs ensure perfect playability.
The toggle switch has been replaced due to defect.
The pegs are a little tight.
There are some minor paint chips on the top of the body, scratches, dings, and scuffs on the back, rust and scratches on metal parts, and some licking of screws. The head also has paint chips and dings.
The frets are quite low, and the neck is twisted and wavy, affecting the extension of the 22nd fret of the first string, although it is slight when playing.
None of these are major fatal flaws, but there are signs of use commensurate with the age of the instrument.
