USED Ovation / Patriot 1776-1976 Connecticut Nutmeg [11]

This special Ovation model was produced in 1976 in a limited edition of 1,776 to commemorate the bicentennial of the founding of the United States.
This model is serial number 1601, and is one of the last production run.
The spruce top, mahogany neck, and ebony fingerboard, combined with Ovation's signature round-back construction, provide a rich sound and a clear sound image. An under-saddle piezo pickup is built in, making this a ready-to-go pickup for live performances and recording.
The finish is a special color called Connecticut Nutmeg, giving it a unique presence. The soft V-shaped neck is easy to grip and plays at a high level. This is a rare limited edition model that can be used not only as a collection piece but also in actual playing situations.
This is one that combines historical value and playing performance.
There are dents and cracks under the bridge. It is believed that they have not reached the wood.
There are many fine scratches and some signs of use.
The neck is slightly wavy, but the frets have been fretted and there are no problems with normal use.
