The Ibanez RG470DX is a standard model in Ibanez's flagship RG series. With its thin and comfortable Wizard III maple neck and 24-fret specification, the RG470DX can handle everything from fast playing to playing a wide range of genres. The body is made of melanti and the fingerboard is made of jatoba wood for a well-balanced tone and rich sustain.
The Ibanez original Quantum pickups on this guitar are characterized by their low frequency contour and high frequency dispersion. The Edge-Zero II tremolo bridge keeps the guitar in tune even under heavy arming. This is a recommended guitar for both those who are just starting out and those who are looking for a second guitar.
There are some minor scuffs and scratches, but the overall feel of use is minimal.
The neck is in perfect playing condition.
