Gibson Custom Shop's Murphy Lab reissue of the 1963 Firebird V.
Based on the original 1963 Firebird V, this high-end model was meticulously reproduced by Gibson Custom Shop's Murphy Lab. It features a 9-ply mahogany/walnut construction with a neck-through construction and a mini-humbucker with an Alnico 5 magnet for a clear and uplifting sound.

The Firebird is known for its unique shape and sharp tone, but this version equipped with the Maestro Vibrola is particularly popular, and together with the ABR-1 bridge, it is stable enough for today's players.

The finish is "Ultra Light Aged" by Murphy Lab. While maintaining a clean, near-new look, it has been delicately aged to give it a vintage look and feel. The body color, Pelham Blue, has a unique depth and elegance that accentuates the beauty of the Firebird's form.

The highly refined neck-through construction and mini-humbuckers that produce unique tones allow the Firebird to handle a wide range of tones, from sparkling, clean tones to edgy, driven tones. The combination of stage-ready looks and Gibson Custom Shop precision makes this a truly "supreme Firebird".
There are some paint chips near the back panel and on the end of the body that may not be due to the aging process.
There are some other signs of use, such as some scratches on the pickguard, but overall the guitar is in good condition with no major damage.
The neck is in good playing condition with no noticeable abnormalities.
