The top, back and sides are made of Australian blackwood, which is full of the warmth of wood.
The all solid construction (machined top and back) is one of Cole Clark's most distinctive features.
The same wood gives a unified sound, and the blackwood's distinctive glossy and rich mid-range sound is appealing.
The neck is made of Queensland maple, and the fingerboard is made of a hard wood called "Satin Box," which is both comfortable to the touch and sound through.
The pickup system is the latest 3-way system (phase-enabled PG3), which is ready for live performance and recording.
The blend of piezo/phase/microphone produces a natural and three-dimensional line output.
The cutaway design ensures playability in the high position.
