Alder wood body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard combine to create a solid foundation for a typical Strat sound.
It is equipped with Texas Special pickups, which provide a bright sparkle in the clean tone, a sticky feeling in the midrange, and an output that responds well to hard driving when distorted.
The sound character of this Strat is a "dead sound" oriented Strat with a rich midrange, giving it versatility for all-around use regardless of genre. With a clean tone, it has shimmering highs and a thick midrange, and when distorted, it has a thick and sticky feel. It is a reassuring instrument for both live performances and recording.
There are some minor scratches, but it is in relatively clean condition.
The neck is in good playing condition.
