USED Fender Japan / PB62-70 Black [11]

This is a 1989 PB62-70, which offers the high level of perfection that only Fender Japan could achieve in the late 1980's. The serial number suggests that it was manufactured between 1987 and 1988.
The serial number suggests that it was manufactured in 1987-1988, but there is a "12.1.89" date under the neck truss rod hole, so we can conclude that this guitar was made in 1989. The elaborate construction of this guitar, which is popular for its age and unique to the Fujigen period, is very appealing.
Alder body, Maple neck and Rose fingerboard. The pickups are the original PB-Vintage from that time, and you can enjoy the classic precision tone with core mid-low range and smoothly extending high range. The attack and sound cohesion are good, and the sound is easy to handle regardless of whether you are fingerpicking or fingerpicking.
The pegs are a little stiff. There is a sticker mark on the back of the body. There are dents with some scratches and paint cracks, showing signs of use.
The neck has been adjusted by ironing correction twice and further fret rubbing, as there was a reverse warp twist mainly on the first string side.
Currently, the neck has been set to a slightly forward warp, and the standard string height has been adjusted so that there are no problems in playing.
