Based on the JG66-85—known for the light string action and distinctive attack characteristic of short-scale guitars—this model features upgraded pickups. The front pickup is a Seymour Duncan SJAG-2n, which builds on a vintage-style Jaguar sound while enhancing output and dynamic range. The bridge pickup is a TB-6, delivering the high-gain, thick drive sound unique to humbuckers.An additional escutcheon was installed to accommodate the new bridge pickup, giving the guitar a distinctive look. With power and tonal versatility unmatched by traditional Jaguars, this is a guitar built for the stage.
There are signs of wear, such as scratches, dents, and some discoloration on parts.
The frets have been leveled due to indentations.
The neck is in good condition, and the guitar plays well.
