USED MUSIC MAN / SABRE BASS Fretless MOD 1979 Natural [12]

SABER BASS made in 1979 is now in stock.
Compared to MUSICMAN's flagship model, the Sting Ray, the SABER BASS features a smaller body size that makes it easier to maneuver.
It features a variety of sounds produced by two humbucker pickups, master volume, treble, bass, 3-way pickup selector, phase switch, and treble boost switch.

It has been modified to be fretless, but the fretboard surface has been polished without removing the frets, so the original frets remain as lines.
The fretboard surface has been painted a little roughly, so there are paint spots and paint drips from the fretboard side to the neck grip.
There is a hole hole filled in the back of the body for a strap pin, and the sponge mute on the bridge is missing.
There are many scratches and dents scattered throughout, and the metal parts are dull.
The hard case is original, but there is writing on the exterior and some of the coating has been removed.
The neck and electrical system are in good condition, although there are some signs of use commensurate with age.
It has been maintained and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is good.
