The FA-280 "FLYING A-IV" was released by O.Z.Y., a brand created through collaboration between Toshihiko Takamizawa, guitarist of THE ALFEE, and ESP.
Designed for Mr. Takamizawa, this Flying A-style model combines stunning visuals with practical specifications.
Alder body with a hard maple 3-piece through-neck construction delivers long sustain and excellent playability.
The ebony fingerboard has 24 frets for smooth high position playing.
The pickups are EMG 60 & 81, outputting a tight and powerful high-gain sound.
The simple control system with master volume and mini-toggle selector also enhances its practicality on stage.
The original matte black design with red bevel lines is a true symbol of the "Takamiya" model.
This model has an overwhelming presence, but also features solid performance of ESP quality.

Paint is chipped near the controls.
There are some shiny spots near the toggle switch due to the matte finish.
There are other signs of use such as scratches and dents.

The frets have been worn out due to dents.
The neck is in good playing condition.
