Nordstrand Big Break Pickups
Modeled after the excellent tonal character of the Big Single, these pickups—jointly developed by Ibanez and Nordstrand—feature a split-coil design with high noise-canceling performance. They were engineered to deliver tighter highs and a boomy low-end.

Flamed Maple top / African Mahogany body
The body features a 3D-arched SR body design, with African mahogany on the back, flamed maple on the wing sections of the top, and a combination of flamed maple and bubinga in the center section.
This material selection was chosen to achieve the rich mid-low range essential to bass sound, along with a crisp attack and clean high-end response.

Atlas 5-piece Panga Panga/Purpleheart neck with KTS TITANIUM rods
By incorporating KTS TITANIUM rods into a 5-piece neck laminated with Panga Panga and Purpleheart, we have enhanced the neck’s rigidity and sustain.
This slim neck is shaped to the ultimate degree to produce a clear sound image and attack, while pursuing a design that is "easy for all players to grip."

Ibanez Custom Electronics 3-band EQ with EQ bypass switch & mid-frequency switch
This equalizer delivers a wide-range, low-noise active sound. (Powered by a 006P alkaline battery)
By switching the control, you can adjust the mid-frequency range—the heart of the bass sound—to 250Hz, 450Hz, or 700Hz.
It is also equipped with an EQ bypass switch, allowing it to be used as a passive bass. (When bypassed: Tone control via the Treble knob)

MR5S Bridge
Features the MR5S (Monorail) bridge, equipped with an individual string pitch adjustment mechanism.
Each string has its own independent bridge, transmitting string vibration directly to the body.
Additionally, the saddles can be moved ±1.5mm left and right, allowing you to adjust the spacing between strings (string spacing) as desired within the range of motion.
This allows for fine-tuning to suit your playing style.
