Parallel Wizard-7 5-piece Roasted Maple/Bubinga neck
The neck thickness is uniform at 19mm along its entire length.
It offers surprisingly easy fingering and playability for players who hold the guitar high.
In addition, the 5-piece construction of roasted maple and bubinga provides excellent stability and durability.

Ebony Fretboard
We use ebony, which is characterized by excellent attack and a bright tone.

Jumbo Stainless Steel Frets
We’ve adopted stainless steel frets, which are easy to maintain, offer a quick attack, provide excellent separation when playing chords, and deliver a clear tone when playing single notes.
The jumbo-sized frets allow for a light touch, making it easy to play fast passages and perform bends.

Slanted frets
All frets are evenly slanted at an 8-degree angle.
Many modern players tend to hold their guitars high to perform advanced and complex techniques such as tapping, fingerstyle, and slapping.
When holding the guitar in this high position, the four fingers used to press the strings naturally tilt inward slightly.
The frets are slanted to fit this position, allowing for a more natural playing experience.

Mono-Tune bridge
It offers a wide range of intonation adjustment and is exceptionally easy to tune.
By minimizing the number of parts that make up the saddle, we have achieved a natural sound that brings out the resonance of the guitar body.

“Q58-7” H-H pickups
The "Q58-7" humbucker pickups, developed specifically for the "Q" series, are configured in an H-H pattern.
It is designed to ensure a well-balanced sound across the entire frequency range, making it easy to shape the sound with effects pedals and other gear.
The low end is powerful without being muddy, while the high end is clear yet mellow.
It also features low noise and works exceptionally well with both digital and analog effects pedals.
It features our first-ever black metal cover, creating a unified look.

Custom String Lock
The "Custom String Lock" developed by Ibanez features a simple, integrated design.
It offers excellent durability and makes changing strings easy.

dyna-MIX10 switching system with Alter Switch
With a single flip of the mini-switch, you can freely switch between humbucker mode and single-coil mode, producing 10 different sound variations.
In Power Tap mode, a special wiring configuration taps one coil while utilizing the low-end of the other, delivering clear high frequencies and a thick, well-defined sound that cannot be achieved with a standard tap.
This switching system is designed for today’s guitarists who must handle multiple roles with limited gear.
