This is a Yamaha YAS-61 alto saxophone.
It is also a Japan Vintage saxophone and has a strong popularity both at home and abroad. I feel that you can catch a glimpse of the craftsmanship that is different from that of modern saxophones. You can feel the attention to detail from the looks. The bell, U-tube, neck, and second pipe have been repaired for dents, leaving fuzzy repair marks and line flaws. The instrument is in practical condition with some signs of use such as scratches, lacquer peeling, discoloration such as lacquer stains, rust, and dents due to age and normal use, but all the tampos have been replaced with new ones, and the instrument is fully tuned so you can enjoy playing immediately.

ジャパン・ヴィンテージサックスとしても国内外問わず根強い人気を誇ります。現代のサックスとは異なる職人の技術力が垣間見れる気がします。こだわりもルックスから感じ取る事ができます。ベル・U字管・ネック・2番管の凹み修正を行っており、モヤモヤとした修正跡や線キズが残っています。その他、全体的に経年劣化や通常使用に伴う傷やラッカー剥がれ、ラッカーシミ等の変色、錆、打痕などの使用感がある実用的なコンディションの楽器ですが、全てのタンポを新品に交換し、きっちり調整を行っておりますので直ぐに演奏をお楽しみいただけます。

Please Note

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.

All items for sale on ISHIBASHI MUSIC are stock currently available from all of ISHIBASHI stores around Japan. So it might take a few days for shipping.

And there is a chance that they may sell out in our retail location beforehand.

In that case we will cancel the order and refund any payments received.

Buyers are responsible for any and all duty and customs charges that may be incurred.These charges are are not included in the item price or shipping charges.

Not all of the items you purchase from us are in our Shibuya store in Tokyo where we do all of our international communications from.

Please be patient while we do inter-company transfers on your items. The usual wait time for our shipping is 7 to 10 days worldwide. We are open from 10:00am until 6:00pm (Tokyo time zone)
