A 1998 620 Midnight Blue has arrived!
Featuring a compact solid maple body and a through-neck construction, this model captivates with its deep blue finish.

It features a solid maple body and neck paired with a rosewood fingerboard. The through-neck construction is accented with triangle inlays and binding, and the guitar is finished in a deep, subdued “Midnight Blue” color.

It is equipped with the iconic high-gain single-coil pickups that have long reigned as Rickenbacker’s standard specification. These pickups deliver the crisp attack characteristic of single-coils and the rich, full-bodied sound unique to Rickenbacker.

Overall, the guitar shows significant signs of use, including scratches, dents, paint thinning due to age, peeling paint, and rust on the hardware.
The nut and frets have been replaced, and the fingerboard has been refinished (with urethane) as part of this process.

Additionally, the hard case has a fair amount of damage, including stickers, cracks, and a split on the bottom. However, the guitar fits securely inside the case.

Due to the recent surge in prices for new models and the discontinuation of the Midnight Blue color, this model has been gaining popularity. While it shows significant signs of use, it’s a well-played instrument that has developed a distinctive character and a look full of character!
