We’ve just received a used, classic model of the Japanese-made Sadowsky!

Sadowsky traces its origins to 1979, when Roger Sadowsky, who had been working as a repair technician in Philadelphia, struck out on his own.
Among the brand’s offerings, the Metroline series—a global strategic model—was once manufactured in Japan.

This particular arrival is the RV4LE—a limited-edition version of the classic RV4 model, featuring a matching headstock, which combines a compact alder body with a rosewood fingerboard neck.

It delivers tight, well-defined bass tones and clear, sparkling highs—a sound that’s characteristically crisp and sharp, just as you’d expect from Sadowsky.
This is a highly versatile instrument that is sure to perform well in a wide range of settings.

The neck and frets are in excellent condition, and the guitar is still in great shape for continued use.
Although it is still covered by the factory protective film, there are some play marks on the pickguard.
Additionally, the body finish appears slightly sun-faded compared to the headstock.
