For customers residing in Japan
A 1958 Gretsch 6050 New Yorker has arrived!
A standard archtop acoustic model that first appeared in the late 1940s, shortly after World War II.
Although this particular guitar was originally manufactured as a pick-equipped acoustic guitar without a pickup, this unit has had a pickup retrofitted, allowing you to enjoy playing it through an amplifier!

It is equipped with a Kent Armstrong HJGS3 pickup, CTS 500kΩ pots, and a Sprague Bumble Bee 0.022μF 400V capacitor.

Overall, it shows signs of wear consistent with its age, including numerous dents and cracks.
There are signs of wear on parts of the finish, touch-up marks, and paint drips on the headstock. Additionally, the neck has been reset.
The endpin is missing.
While the history of re-nut and re-fret work is unknown, it remains in excellent playing condition.

Although this guitar has undergone numerous modifications, it’s in excellent playing condition—not only does it have a rich acoustic tone, but it also sounds fantastic through an amp.
This is a charming instrument that combines the unique charm of a vintage guitar with practicality!
